DONATION REQUEST PROCESS
The Gilbert Family of Companies has a heart for Okeechobee and the surrounding communities and is regularly approached for donations. In order to help expedite the donation process, please complete the below form in its entirety to be considered for a donation.
Since 1924, we have been dedicated to giving back to the communities we serve. While we try our best, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot respond to or support every request we receive.
We only review sponsorship or donation requests via the below form. Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event. To be considered, please be prepared to provide the following:
Completed Gilbert Family of Companies Donation Request Form
Your organization’s mission and/or vision statement, history, and any other pertinent information.
A copy of your current IRS 501(c)(3) letter, if applicable.
Detailed description of how the donation will be used.
Your standard event sponsorship form / agreement / contract.
FOLLOWING EVENT – Digital photos of all signage for our companies from day of event.
Digital files for all signage and advertisements will be provided and may not be altered without our explicit, written permission. Any and all questions should be directed to the Gilbert Family of Companies Marketing Department, via firstname.lastname@example.org.
